Welcome to Padma Traders These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services, including the provision of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system installation and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Services Provided

Padma Traders offers installation and other RO-related services to customers. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation of RO systems
  • Cleaning and servicing of RO filters
  • Replacement of filters, membranes, and other RO system components
  1. Service Availability

Our services are available to customers in odisha. Service availability is subject to location, availability of technicians, and local regulations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services in certain areas at any time.

  1. Service Fees and Payment
  • Service Charges: All service fees are based on the type of service requested, the complexity of the task, and other factors. A detailed breakdown of charges will be provided to the customer before the service is performed.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, cash, etc.
  • Invoices: Upon completion of the service, we will provide the customer with an invoice detailing the services performed and the associated charges.
  • Late Payments: If payment is not made within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee or suspend services until payment is received.
  1. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the proper functioning of your RO system, customers agree to the following:

  • Access to Property: The customer must provide easy access to the RO system during scheduled service appointments.
  • Correct Information: The customer must provide accurate details regarding the RO system, including model, age, and any issues or concerns.
  • Payment for Services: The customer agrees to pay for services rendered as outlined in the invoice.
  1. Service Guarantees and Warranties
  • Warranty on Parts: Any parts or components replaced during a service may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which will be provided at the time of service.
  • Service Guarantee: We provide a 7 days guarantee on services, meaning that if the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will address it at no additional charge, subject to the terms of this guarantee.
  • Exclusions: Our service guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, external factors (such as water quality issues or power surges), or alterations to the RO system made by anyone other than authorized technicians.
  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technician availability, weather conditions, or supply chain issues. In such cases, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Padma Traders will perform services with due care and skill. However, we are not responsible for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to property or loss of business.
    • Damages caused by misuse or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the RO system.
    • Issues that arise due to customer failure to properly maintain the RO system between service visits.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Any personal data we collect during the course of providing services will be used only for the purpose of service delivery and billing. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

This is not official page of any water purifier brand. We are one of the authorised business partners of eureka forbes ltd. For Bhubanswar city. We are using this for marketing purpose only. The images are used on the website are not real images. It’s only represent our service.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Padma Traders reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Odisha Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha.
